The cancellation policy applies to all direct bookings through our website, unless otherwise stated in the respective package or offer.

For rates marked <<FLEXIBLE>>, the guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 30 days before arrival. For rates marked <<NON-REFUNDABLE>> & <<SPECIAL OFFERS>> the guest will be charged the total cost of the reservation at any time of cancellation. For all price categories, in case of no-show the guest will be charged the total cost of the reservation.

Payment & Returns Policy

For rates marked <<FLEXIBLE>> the guest pays 30% of the total cost in advance and the balance is paid upon arrival. For rates marked <<NON-REFUNDABLE>> & <<SPECIAL OFFERS>> the guest pays the total cost in advance.

Refunds are made to the same payment method, the time for the credit to appear depends on the respective bank/payment provider.

Prices include VAT. Accommodation fee or other legal taxes are paid at the accommodation upon arrival, in accordance with applicable legislation.
